I think the idea as a whole is great. It's been bringing a lot of attention to ALS and like Joan mentioned, I too had never even heard of ALS before this campaign.

George Bush's challenge was hysterical. That was absolutely priceless.

This whole thing is more money for charity. That's the important thing to remember. I didn't know other causes were attempting to get in on the ice bucket challenge, but at the end of the day it's more money and awareness for people who really need it. That's what's important to remember, not whether some idiot did it for Facebook likes or not.
