Alternate Reality Storylines

There are a million other ways things could have played out. Which alternate reality storyline scenario would you want to see? What else besides my crazy ideas?

So many good picks! Really like the Kendra/Faith stuff and the Xander aqua man although thats a bit comic booky it would be cool to see.

I would be up for Giles & Joyce being explored & her death would've been a good reason for Giles to leave Sunnydale.

& Jesse replacing Xander would've been amazing ! But I would let a rock replace Xander lol

I think I've actually read most of these in fanfics 😀 I would have loved to have seen a gay Xander, maybe he and Jesse could have been a couple. Wonder if Xander would have been a nicer person in the early seasons if he were gay from S1. Amy as a vengeance demon sounds fun and I could see Buffy and Owen dating, though Angel and Buffy would have to have been in love or killing him would have had no impact

Anything beyond the very little they gave Dawn to do after season 5 would be helpful. She was painfully under-written in the later seasons, and having her become a slayer in Buff's absence would have given her a much interesting relationship with Spike and Buff when she returns.

Likely though this would have meant a painful death in Season 7, probably during the finale.

Because Buffy the series and the character as I know/knew it died with the Gift and was never seen again.

They should have made him bisexual, so he could give Buffy shit for loving Angel and Angel shit for loving Buffy.

The Gift would've been a perfect series finale. Everything that came after it was stale and NOT entertaining; except Dark Willow and the Sluggoth demon that ate the dog. "Awww...puppy!" God, that was hilarious.

Not to mention that it would make Season 5 a crap season because of the fact that the whole crux of it revolves around a character that was never seen or heard of before the beginning of that season.

I never really thought "Dark" Willow was entertaining. She wasn't really "dark"... Some could argue she did nothing wrong even.

Yes, those two scenes were cool, but the rest was yawn. Honestly. I do think though if Alyson Hannigan were a better actress the material may have been presented better.

I so strongly disagree. I think Seasons 6 & 7 are essential to the BtVS series and had some truly great moments and episodes. And the series ending with Buffy sharing the slayer power instead of dying for Dawn is a much better ending to the series.

I would have liked to se Cordelia being a friend to Buffy like she was in Esp 1 . Would have been something great I betting .
