I haven't seen Vincent in anything else besides Angel (I haven't seen him in Mad Men). Is he losing his hair or is that just a bad picture?

I think that baldness is requested by he role in Mad Men, but in reality he is not losing his hair, at least I think. This is a recent photo (with another actor well known to us)
