Surprised this hasnt been posted anywhere(that I can see of). But Alyson Hanngian has a new HILAROUS looking movie coming out in februrary called "Date Movie" or like I like to call it "Not Another Date Movie".

Its from 2 of the 6 writers from Scary Movie, and seems to be the same concept except this one is pure comedy. I saw the trailer for it in theatres and itll be at number1.

I haven't decided if this is going to be good or not so great. I saw a preview for it at the movies a while back and did have a good laugh.

It's nice to see more projects from our Buffyverse favs though.
 
I think it might be good, It looks pretty funny, plus I think Alyson has a natural comedic element to her. I'll most likely check it out.
 
There are a couple of threads in the Willow forum about it. I saw the trailer for it with Tristan & Isolde and it didn't look too great to me.
 
As SpikedBuffy said, information on the movie has been posted. But, I think this is going to be a really funny, entertaining movie. If Aly wasn't in it, I probably wouldn't go see it, though. 🙂
 
ok i just watched the trailor for it and i was laughing my butt off.im definately going to go see it when it comes out!!
 
I just saw this preview, about 5 minutes ago, while I was watching Supernatural. It looks hilarious!!! Of course, I would go see it even if it looked horrible, just because Alyson is in it. Freakydorky and I already have it all planned out. 😉
 
Like you PZ said I'd see it wheteher not it is crap. Just to see Aly. Although I have to say it looks hilarious. I can't wait till it come out. I will definately check it out....or definately maybe check it out if i have the money lol.
 
Hm, I thought it seemed funny when I had just heard about it and seen pics.. Now I've seen the trailer and well, don't think I'll like this one at all.. Only reason to see it would be that Aly looks really cute..
 
yep il prob just go see it for alyson 🙂 the movie... well... looks like theres going to be another ( scary movie type series...) but dateing???? come on alyson you can do better than that, but still going to c it lol 🙂
 
I went and saw it on Friday, and Alyson made it so much better than it was! I mean, it had some really hilarious parts (like the cat on toilet scene, Fat-Alyson dancing in the streets, and the Kill Bill spoof was priceless), but it wasn't all that great. But like I said, Alyson rocked it and that's all that matters. 🙂
 
Saw it today. It was alright, some parts were pretty funny. Even if they weren't funny, I was laughing because Aly was so gosh-darn (lol) amazing! She's such a great actress, awesome comedian. Like buffetofsporks said, Alyson made it much better.
 
I saw it at the pictures yesterday, it was so funny!
Alyson did a great job, i loved the scene with the song Milkshake and she dances, hehe.
I loved it.
 
I loved the beginning with all the dancings. At first, I wasn't sure of what movie they were spoofing then she jumps and gets stuck.

Nails through the head 'cause of the hideous sight they saw. :huh:
Ooo, and his way of saying yes to the meal. Orgasm and all, haha.
