I think it is also silly as heck. However, that is probably the point.
I have no idea who they are and the show isn't something I'd watch. But that's the fact with most reality shows so I don't get especially upset about this concept.

So on tv there should only be beautiful couples? Or does it go for real life too? And since I didn't feel like reading the full story they got 22 kids if you count together what they already have? 😕
 
I think that all reality shows are absolutely ridiculous, as well as being a wart on the a** of legitimate entertainment. Does that count?
 
That IS utterly ridiculous. I'm not a fan of Jon Gosselin, I think he's been conducting himself in a less than honorable manner and now he wants to cry about how he's being portrayed (along with his g-friend, I think I saw she's going to be on some talk show?) And REALLY not a fan of Octomom, altho I guess if she makes big bucks on a reality show, the state of California won't have to pay her and the octuplets' medical bills? I won't hold my breath that she's actually going to do the right thing and figure out some way to support those kids that doesn't involve pimping them in the media spotlight.
 
I don't see why people are so infatuated with an adulturer and a uterous with a head. At least Britney Spears is kind of interesting when she's attacking vans with umbrellas!

I just wiki-ed this Suleman woman and really? She wanted even more kids after she already had six when she lived in a three bedroom apartment? How stupid can one be?! And now she wants to make money to feed them by pimping them out to the media? Poor kids. Now I'm too scared to google the guy.
 
Eh, I get so sick of the Jon and Kate crap. Really, all the paparazzi, celebrity obsession stuff goes a bit too far sometimes. At least have some respect and follow a legitimate celebrity--in a positive way rather than getting all excited when someone messes up or has a meltdown--, not some selfish idiot or a crazy lady who apparently has no concerns about overpopulation. Egah!!
 
I'm kind of embarresed to admit that I know who they are...
But come on. You can't turn on a T.V. here without some new meme getting thrown in your face.
And that's all this is. A fad. Eventually, people will stop watching them dance around on a camera. And that's probably when the kids are old enough to get out, and the parents have nothing left to exploit.

Yes, I certainly don't watch reality TV. I find it incredibly boring. I find it absolutely fascinating that people find it so interesting. I don't get it.

Kinslayer; of course I don't think only pretty couples should be protayed on TV! I was only joking. 😉

And yes, I imagine the show is just a means for them both to "pretend" to date so they can pay for all their massive child support.

Both of them are absolutely rediculous. Seriously... All they are is money-hungry idiots who will do anything for their 15 minutes of fame. Ugh. And the way they both parade their kids around the cameras exploits them and makes me sick!
