The Angel final should be the Angel final. If SMG returns as Buffy in the final then they would spend most of the episode doing Bangle and Spuffy. I DON'T WANT THAT IN THE FINAL OF MY FAVOURITE SHOW! I want the final to be about Angel and the rest of the cast regulars. Buffy being on the show would push Wesley, Gunn, Lorne and Fred out of the picture. If SMG doe's return then it should be in the closing few seconds.
 
I agree. i was thinking that she should walk in in the last, like 5 minutes of the show and make her choice-they should show that the other guy is okay with it and ready to move on--end of show. but the first 40 or so minutes should be about all of Angel Investigations-not just Spuffy and Bangle.
 
I as well agree.... I dont even want buffy for 5 min!!
Maybe if they do the tv movies, then why not, but SMG probably wouldnt want to be in them, so.....
 
Im not bothered if she comes...if she comes it will be good...but if she doesnt come it doesnt matter..
 
I dont care if she comes on or not, since im pretty sure that the person writing the finale wouldnt make it all about Spuffy or Bangel. If she would appear and they made it about Spuf or Ban I would be pissed off but highly doubt it.
 
I don't want her to come. Although Joss always ends the seasons in a way that would rap things up enough, if it were to be over, the story arc developed isn't right for the Spuffy/Bangel conflict. If they had know this was to be the last season (fingers still crossed) from the begining, they could have worked things out between Angel and Spike so that Buffy's appearance would work. I just don't think it will though, not withough an amazingly selfless act from one of our two resident vamps, or some dust.
 
I couldn't agree more. Angel has it's own seperate identity, with a whole other cast of multi-faceted characters. We don't *need* SMG's Buffy arriving in town. If she does, that's okay. Just don't make it the point of an episode.
 
It would be nice to finally discover who Buffy would end up with, but not for a final episode, save that for the future. The final episode will be something big!
 
Joss says the only reason Buffy would be in the finale is to wrap up the Bangel/Spuffy debate. I don't want that to last the whole finale, so I'd rather Sarah not appear. I think it's better to leave the whole debate open.
