Just curious if anyone watches The Amazing Race. The new season starts on Sunday CBS
 
Me 😀 I get way to excited about The Amazing Race. Its kinda neat that they are bringing back past competitors for this race.

Any teams you like?
 
Yes! I love Jet and Cord the cowboys and I really like Mallory and her father Gary I think. Whats your fav teams??

I can't wait 😀
 
I love the cowboys too! *high five* I also like Flight Time and Big Easy, they were funny. Mallory and Gary were cool too 😀
 
Ohh yeah i completely forgot about the globetrotters! I was so disappointed when they were eliminated a few seasons ago cause they couldn't complete the detour 🙁 they are always so funny!
 
I know, I was sad when they got eliminated 🙁

Oh well, hopefully they do well again this time around and are just as funny 🙂
 
Yes I did. So frustrating. I never expected the cowboys to be behind like this.

I'm all for teams playing nice and helping each other out some but to just hand over the answer like that...ugggh.
 
I need to watch this it gets a lot of praise. Is it like survivor in some ways? I know it is a competition show and I see some people on there sometimes. I was just wondering the vibe?

It's literally a race around the world. They start in the USA with around 13 teams I think, two people on each team and each week one team in eliminated.

During the race, teams use airplanes, trains, busses, cabs and even drive themselves to their next checkpoint. Each checkpoint is usually in a different country, they go all over the place, including small countries I have never even heard of lol, each week a new country is introduced where they must travel to.

In between each checkpoint there is at least two tasks each team must complete before moving on. For example last season teams had to bungee jump off a bridge and receive their next clue from a man in a boat down below, then that team member had to use their own strength to climb back up their bungee jump rope to the top of the bridge. It's pretty intense stuff. The first team to arrive is awarded with usually a vacation for two later after the show has ended, the last team to arrive is eliminated. Once there are only three teams remaining, thats when the final race takes place which is usually in the USA and the winners get one million dollars!

It's very exciting lol I love it 🙂
 
I know, they moved all the way up to second place! Good day. I'm glad Mallory and Gary made it, they scared me for a minute there.

And how ridiculous were those kangaroo costumes?!
 
Omg those outfits were horrible I felt bad for them lmao.

I was so proud when Jet and Cord raced past the two girls at the last minute before the Pit Stop 🙂🙂

Ohh Gary and Mallory I love them but for some reason I don't think they're gonna make it too far, they seem to make little mistakes that cost them big time, they need to pay more attention to directions.

My ultimate final three would be Cowboys, Gary & Mal, and Globetrotters

Yes they did!! I hope they make up alot of ground this week 🙂

I was upset when margie & Luke were eliminated 🙁 poor Luke
 
Im so mad about last nights episode. So mad. So mad to the point where the only remaining team I like is Kent & Vixyn because they are the only ones who actually completed their detours & road blocks without 'cheating'.
