Amber Benson fans..?

Are there a lot of Amber fans here? I know a lot of you like Tara&Willow, but are you fans of Amber?
I was just wondering which movies you've seen her in and how you like them/her..?

I of course love her as Tara. And I love Chance more than anything.
I saw Taboo a couple of months ago and it wasn't a good movie but Amber was quite fun..

Today I finally watched The Crush.. It's not a great movie or anything, it's quite weird.. But I really loved Amber in it, she only has a small part but she is really great.

I've seen almost all the movies she was in too.
I've seen her in Chance, The Crush, King of the Hill (Adrien Brody!), S.F.W (by total accident...i was watching it for Reese Witherspoon), Bye Bye Love, Deadtime, Imaginary Crimes, The Prime Gig, Don's Plum, Hollywood Pennsylvania, Taboo (indie-also sort of bad..sorry Amber! It wasn't you, it was the movie itself), and Latter Days. I also really really want to see her in Watchful Eyes.
(Also, some of the movies i listed i saw by chance and same i watched just because amber was in them)

On TV in 2000 i really wanted to see her in Rocky Horror 25: Anniversary Special, she even sang!, but i missed it.

Amber is a great actress!!!!!!!!
I'm even an amber-holic!!!!
And proud of it!!!
 
I want to see everything she's in. I've bought Taboo (it only cost 3 dollar), The Crush and Chance.. But it's so expensive ordering them from here, and I can't find any of her movies here.. Is Latter Days good? I wanted to buy it but it seems it isn't available on PAL.
I'd also love to see Watchful Eyes.

Oh, i liked Latter Days...but some of my friends didn't...I guess it depends on the person.
My best friend loved it because it was a gay "dramatic comedy".

And I'm a member of The essence of abmber fiorum...but i havent even posted yet...i recently jioned again cause i forgot my old name (opps) but now I'm BrokenTwilight there.....I've never went to the kitten though, might have to check it out.
 
I have read about Latter Days and I think it sounds good..

Oh, I've seen Amber singing that Rocky Horror thing, it's fun. Heh..

I like essense of amber a lot, then I found the kitten board and liked that more.. Then I found this place and this is just so much better.. I thought it was hard to post at essense of amber, I don't know why, felt like I didn't really have anything to say that they didn't already know.. Or something like that..

Don't worry...i haven't posted there because it looked kinda complicated, and you need to get an account and go through all this stuff...i didn't like it. The BB's system is much better.
 
Well, that Rocky Horror thing, I only downloaded it so.. it wasn's great quality or anything, but still fun to watch.

I've posted there a few times, both at the essense and kitten.. But it's not that easy to find the interesting threads.. And they don't have a "new posts" thing.. And all threads are really long so it's hard to get into the conversation.
(Plus, many people there hate Joss, cause he killed Tara.. I happened to mention something about that I liked the end of season 6 only because of Willow and all that,, Well, some people got upset, like I wanted Tara dead or something..)
 
Oh, that happened to me too! At one of the Buffy related forums i used to go to (i truly forget what it was called, that was pre-Buffy boards)
I said that 'Grave' was one of my favorite episodes and that i loved the Evil Willow arc of season 6..and all these Tara lovers attacked me!
And then when you try to defend yourself and say you love tara...they go ballistic.
 
Cause just because you like it when Willow is evil and powerful doesn't mean you're glad tara died. Ok maybe I even said that I understand why they killed Tara (but I did say I didn't want her dead).. They didn't like that at all..
 
Im actually one of those persons who are a fan of Amber, but I havent seen any of her movies... I havent had the money for it 😛 *I hate sweden sometimes* I hope I'll see the movie sometime.

I know, it's almost impossible to buy her movies.. I'm a huge fan of her but I can't afford it.
But Chance is worth buying, really. And since the dollar isn't worth a lot right now (am I right..?) it's not as expensive as it could've been.
 
Loved Chance. Bought it last year. Would love to see what she could do in filmaking should she get some financing. She has a knack for storytelling and while I loved her portrayal of Tara, I think her future might be in production. Hey, that's not so bad and maybe she could do a Hitchcock or a Shambala and always do at least a cameo in every film.
 
I agree KarrinMurphy. Amber should make more movies, I think she should write another movie cause in my opinion Chance was so much fun.. the dialogues and everything. She is a good actor but not at all the best one I know.. She could become great at making movies though... I believe. I love that Amber does so many different things, I wanna be like her, lol, sort of..
 
I loooove amber, i've seen the crush and bye bye love but thats it. But I've seen her on cold case which I thought she did an amazing job. I still haven't gotten Chance yet, realllly need a job. But ya shes making another movie isn't she? I don't think it has a title and I have no idea what its about but the cast so far includes:Amber --- Justine

And I think there was another one before this but after Chance, something about someone breaking into a house to take money or something and they weren't expecting someone to be home but they get there and this family is in a big fight and their like oh no now what. <- the cast from above might be for this movie, i have no idea but I remember someone with the name Paddy so that might be the cast. But I don't think Ambers in it though. I could be totally wrong on all this info just so everyone knows.
 
I love Amber! She's amazing! She created, directed, produced as well as starred in Chance... She's a girl of many talents 😀

Plus Rocky Horror... COME ON!

Well, that film you mentioned is in production right now, here is the synopsis:

"In this convoluted story of lust, deception and accidental murder, we meet a philandering patriarch PADDY RAYE, his neurotic wife ELAINE, their punk wannabe teenage son GUNNER, and their sexually ambiguous older son JULIAN -- and see first-hand the real meaning of "family dysfunction."

Paddy, the owner of a small appliance store, is having a torrid affair with his slutty but cunning young secretary GLORIA. When Gloria finds out the Rayes will be out of town for the weekend, she enlists the help of her not-so-bright brother LOUIS and his ditzy girlfriend JUSTINE to break into the empty house and steal the payroll money Paddy takes home on the weekends.

But Louis and Justine get more than they bargained for when they find the house not empty -- and find themselves trapped in the middle of a full-scale family squabble with no means of escape, except to administer a little "tough love" family therapy."

Oh ya ok thats it. I was looking for that on essence but couldn't find it but ya thats the one, I just couldn't remember if Amber was in it or not. But ya i'm dying to see both. And all of Ambers other movies.
 
It' REALLY hard to find a lot of her movies... But recently I've found this movie place at our local mall... And I've found them all or ordered them.

Another good place to look is online at Amazon or any other movie place. They would have them all too.. Credit cards are fuuuun!!!
 
I have found most of them on Amazon, but not all (I live in a region 2 country).. And it's so expensive there, with delivery and all. And now that I have bought all Angel DVDs and some Eliza movies, Amber is just gonna have to wait a couple of months.
