On Sky One this evenin was 'Amends' As you know The First Evil is a big focus of the episode, The First Evil kept touching Angel! It isnt meant to be able too!

The first evil touched Spike too. It's not real touching. it's more like placing the image of her hand over the object. If you noticed, when Buffy saved Spike, he knew it was her, when she touched him and he could feel her there.

When the Jenny ATF patted Angel's hair, it moved (how geeky does THAT sound?!)

No need to take it so seriously...cinematically, it would be very hard to make it look like she touched him WITHOUT his hair moving...we all love Buffy and take it very seriously, but again-just a TV ahow---there are somethings that just cannot be made to look THAT realistic on that budget...
