Oh, thanks for that info. Haven't watched Alias but I really want to see Amy so that's good.

Wow thats fantastic news! Alias is another one of my fav shows and having Amy guest starring on there is a double whammy. Thanks for the news! 😀

I have never seen the show, but I have heard good things about it. I have always been looking for a reason to make time and watch it. Well, Amy Acker guest starring is the reason I have been looking for. If she does half as well as she did on Angel then Alias fans should be in for a treat. I can't wait!!!

Wow, I've been so good at staying away from that show (even though I have people telling me every other week that I should watch it 😀 ), but now there's just too many reasons to watch it, gah...

i've caught a few eps of alias, but i've never really gotten addicted to it that way i did with buffy and angel, but now that amy's gonna guest star, i'll have to look out for the ep. wonder when it airs in the uk?

This is cool. Network TV needs much, much more Amy Acker...plus Alias is quality television. Had never seen it, then got hooked via DVDs....

The last season has just finished on Bravo in the UK, so I guess the next season will be on there some months after the US premiere 😉 I'm not sure about terrestrial showings - it seems to bounce about between Channel 4 and Five : pbounce: but I suppose the last season will be repeated on one of them (you really will need to watch more than a few eps, though, to work out who is who and what is going on 🙂)

I've been a big fan from the start but if you need convincing look at the calibre of the guest stars - Quentin Tarantino, Ricky Gervais, David Carradine, Roger Moore, Isabella Rosselini...they must be doing something good to attract that lot to a TV show🙂 Plus Drew Goddard and Jeffrey Bell are regular writers on the show...there may be more Mutant Enemy alumni in there but it's late and I'm tired...oh yea, Jennifer Garner is the star 😉

You know, they should make Amy's character one of Sid's cousins or a stepsister or something. Sid's always running into one of her mysterious relatives! Then Amy could be a semi-regular...

BTW, Quentin Tarantino"”one of the worst actors of all time! But he seems to love it so much.

From rjalias: Alias?
Angel's Amy Acker is coming aboard! She's guest starring in two episodes (so far, fingers crossed for more) this season, and I'll be chatting with her tomorrow. So, send me any Q's. Also, Jennifer said on the carpet yesterday that we will see her being physical (kicking butt) on the show. It's amazing what tricky camera angles and taking it slow can do!

Did anyone watch it last night? I thought Amy was great. She also appears in next week's episode, Mockingbird, which is written by Buffy/Angel writer Drew Goddard.

It was fun. It's good to see her playing the bad guy. Hope her character survives next week's ep.

I have a zap2it article that says she'll be in 7 to 9 episodes:

That a lot of episodes. It will be great to see some more of our beloved actors starring in TV again.

And, if Jennifer Garner has to take off time for her pregnancy/baby, what better way to continue a show than have Amy be next in line? 🙂
yeah,yeah, wishful thinking

According to whedonesque.com, Amy will be appearing in ep. 6, "Solo", written by Angel writer Jeffrey Bell. It airs November 10.
