Am I the only one that thinks that he is kinda hot with all the green makeup on, I've seen picture of him without and he's not that great...not bad looking but not as good as he looks with the makeup! I think i'm the only one that thinks so and you are probably just staring at this post thinking I'm some psycho (which FYI-not too far from the truth). Let me know if you think he's hot too...let me know I'm not alone! Support Lorne and his sexiness!!!!!
 
Lol, can't say I think he is sexy... But I know what you mean. I've seen Andy in Amber Benson's movie Chance, and I was so surprised.. He doesn't look bad but I really prefer him green and with horns 😀
 
Heh - can't say that I think he's hot in green.....or out of it for that matter! But that voice - oh man.....I could listen to that all night!
 
Mhm, the green is not bad. The man just looks wickedly good in that make-up, but unlike the rest of you I'm sorta fond of him without it as well. It's just that he gets sorta edgier with it on.
 
Lorne? Sexy? I loved Lorne. I loved how he spoke the truth. I loved how open-minded and generous he was. I loved a lot about Lorne. But I never once wanted to sleep with him.

I did wonder who he slept with, though. I mean, there weren't many folks of his species wandering around, poor guy. He must have been lonely.

I ask because Gru was kind of ashamed when he said that, anatomically speaking, he was only equipped to mate with human females - not whatever kind of demon Lorne is (I forget what they're called). This implies that Lorne's species has something different going on downstairs, which implies that humans, vampires, and a lot of the other types of creatures available here on Earth (since they generally have similar sorts of reproductive organs) are unavailable to Lorne due to differences of anatomy.
 
Ah yes, besides the heart in his butt (and no I'm not getting into that) we obviously have no idea about his anatomy. Then again I'm thinking there are ways, people are creative. Besides if 2 vampires can have a kid with a soul then anything goes really. I'm sure Lorne could have had some fun, if he wanted to.
 
i dont know if i think his sexy with it, but first time i saw him with out it i thought "He looks better with all that green on" So i kinda agree

Haha - I know you most likely didnt mean it as an insult, but wow lol. Ouch man lmao.

Personally? I think Andy as Lorne IS kinda sexy. I am in love with Lorne anyways - his character, personality, how friendly he is, etc. Andy just brings that much more to the role. To me, if I had simply read about Lorne in a book, I would have been all "aww, what an awesome character!". But, after seeing a visual representation of the character, I can honestly say that I find the character attractive. Andy is an attractive man as it is, and with the make up and the prosthetics, they allowed just enough of Andy's physiology to show through, creating that wonderful result. So, the character + Andy's portrayal = hot damn! lol

Oh, and for all those naysayers out there:
Green ain't nothing but a colour! 😉

i totally agree, rickmaniac. as a person, he is very attractive. his character is like, awesome boyfriend material i think!
 
Im straight, but what a guy.... if i could go for a drink with any of the Angel cast it would be him. (ok, it would really be Fred) but for good conversation, it would be him.
 
i think Lorne is sexy! even without the makeup, Andy Hallett is still attractive too. But like it was said earlier, there is something about the green and the horns that just gives him something extra :lmao:
He was intelligent though, and honest, and direct. A little bit metro but I thought he was wonderful and i loved him!

And Andy is a wonderful actor too.
 
Question: Lorne drank quite a bit on the show. Can he actually get drunk?

Oh and yes, I do find him sexy with and without the makeup.
 
^^ he mentioned late in season 2 (i think it was in 'over the rainbow') that he can't get drunk. it just seemed to have a placebo-like calming effect on him =)
i think i'm remembering that correctly anyway :blush:
 
Lorne never ever says that he can never get drunk. All he said was that he wished he could get drunk, he might have just been talkin about that instance
 
I´m almost 100% sure that he can´t get drunk.. It´s not just one time he says htat he can´t... I said in S2, S5..
 
And back on topic..

I think Lorne is a great character, I LOVE him, but sexy? He's HANDSOME, and charasmatic, but he's a little camp for me..
HERE, I've got nothing against green..apart from that bastard, Kermit the frog.
