Angel #1 to be released September 23

That's a good question, would Angel fans prefer the series or prefer some sort of Season 3 scenario kind of set at some point in Spring semester?
 
If this is a reboot, then it's not a reboot from the start. Buffy's apparently in Sunnydale and Angel's in L.A, because Angel's book has the Angel's series logo on it. Maybe it'll start from Buffy's Fourth Season, maybe it will be something completely different. Anyways, both titles will seemingly tie together, at least at the beginning.

For Buffy, the best two seasons for additional stories are season 1 and 4. Lots of untold stories about High School and College, with the main story being unobtrusive enough to ignore.

For Angel, gosh, that's a good question. Each Season of Angel is so different from another, and starting with the middle of s3, the pacing doesn't really allow for filler, (except when it does.) I would probably choose S1, as that's the most flexible and most comic bookish. I'm fine with changing things, just please don't claim "multiverse theory" I've been tired of that for some time.
