Angel: After the Fall - Spoilers for #4 and up

I'm getting curious about Dawn now, because she was in School in Italy at the time of Damage, but wound up going to Berkely which I believe is around San Fransisco somewhere. So if she catches a flight from Rome she could have gone first to LA which would allow her to be sucked into Hell with the Angel crew. Dawn has a brown leather jacket doesn't she?

Here's another possibility, but I doubt it - Anne.

Anne was my first guess =]
We need an art person to fiddle with that picture to make it clearer. I lack the skills, but this is the closest I could come.

Here's my first (and probably best) try

To me it looks like a female blonde with a vampire game face on.....HARMONY! =D

Kinda looks like Faith to me. Could be Kate. I can't tell if the chick is a blonde or a brunette. When does this issue come out. I have to admit, I'm officially intrigued enough to keep reading.

It didn't occur to me that it could be Kate. I would love it if she came back. Although it could also be Harmony. I don't think it's Cordelia.

Did we ever establish who the mystery DUDE is on the other cover. I was just thinkin' that it could be Doyle, couldn't it? Maybe?

I think the mystery dude is Lindsey. Because that's the cover for the issue that takes place right after Not Fade Away right?

Oh, ok. I was just brain stormin' a bit. It had just dawned on me so I blurted it out. Lindsey, that makes sense.

No problem. I didn't get it for a long time. LOL
I read that it had been confirmed that it is Wesley. But I can't personally confirm that because I haven't listened to the recent Lynch podcast.

If we're talking about the one where the guy in a beige shirt is holding up a gun. That's Wesley. Chris Ryall (editor) confirmed that in his blog.

I tried to make the mystery woman picture clearer too, but I didn't get much further than the others that have tried. I did notice one significant detail... namely that she has something in her hand. I think it's a gun. Which supports my theory that it's Kate Lockley. I also did a (amateur) wireframe version of the picture, to more clearly establish what kind of clothing she's wearing and what her pose is. If you look at the shoes, they're pretty big and not too feminine. They're certainly not heals. Would Cordy ever wear that?

So, would that mean Wesley becomes corporeal if he can hold a gun?

Oh my bad. I thought they were asking about the other cover with all the differeny characters on it. Did anyone ever find out who that man was?

Nice job. And bummer.. looks like Kate with a gun.

Chris Ryall (Editor) posted the following preview page of Wesley's story from First Night on his blog. Art is by Nick Runge and colors by John Rauch.

As nice and lovely as it seems, and would be, I recall Fred's soul being destroyed. This totally cheapens the significance of her death- though this could change with context (read: reading), I just find it deplorable.

Can you say... huh? This one page doesn't mean she's alive. Personally, I think it's a flashback to the pre-Illyria days.

Yeah, i kinda assumed it was Wes dreaming or imagining how things could have been with Fred, makes her death sadder and more poignant.

This is from First Night, which means Wesley is dead, and we saw what happened BEFORE, so this must be AFTER he passed.
Also, if you look at the backdrop of Wes and Fred kissing- what part of Los Angeles do you think that is? That's probably "where" Wesley "went" before the Senior Partners snatched him.

Seriously, if they have it that Fred's soul isn't either A) destroyed, as the told us it was or, B) infused with the essence of Illyria, then they're making unforgivable contanuity crimes.

It still could be a dream sequence. There's a tons of possibilities. Like you said, the backdrop doesn't look much like LA, so we don't even know where it is set.
