Just before I saw your post I knew it was Illyria!
If you look at a still from the book in which it showed Illyria's original form, you'll see Clem Rocks looks to be right:

Ive been lookin to buy this, but I cant find it! Anyone from Australia know if its out here and were I can get it?. They've got the Buffy ones so I dont get why the Angel ones cant be found!

There are other Aussies here. You might want to ask them since they may have a better idea or location
I'm from Australia (Brisbane) and have had no problems getting it - you should probably order it from your comic shop, i've noticed that it sells out fast and that they (the comic shops) probably don't order as many copies as they do with other titles. Do try and get it (and Spike: After the Fall) because it totally rocks!
