Angel and Buffy Feature in TV Guide's Top 100 TV Episodes of All Time

Angel's "I Will Remember You" is at number 78 while Buffy's "Once More With Feeling" is at number 14.

They are showing the list in groups of 20 so only the Angel entry can be seen.

While IWRY is my favourite Angel episode, I don't know if it was the best, same goes for OMWF. I love it but I think The Body should have edged it.

I can think of a lot of Angel episodes better than IWRY;, and I personally would've picked "You're Welcome" over it, but it's nice to see that Buffy & Angel are still recognised, even after all this time after they're done (on TV, anyway).

Buffy: Hush and Restless are infinitely better than OMWF.
Angel: I'd have to think more about it...
 
The whole list could be better, in my opinion. They have a lot of great TV shows on it, but I'd have picked different episodes from most of them. There's no way the pilot is the best LOST episode, there are tons of better Angel episodes than IwRY, Heroes is a decent show but I'm not sure any episode deserves to make the best 100 episodes of all time. I do think Once More With Feeling probably deserves it's spot though.
 
I agree with Revolver above. All in all the shows they picked are great and really worth the mention, but they could have chosen better episodes. Although I guess we are a bit biased towards AtS & BtVS, because we know and love all the episodes. OMWF is definitely a very memorable one and both for fans and casual viewers. Maybe that's why they picked it. And the same goes for IWRY, I guess.
 
I was watching IWRY today and shamefully i turned it off before the end. It just doesnt grab me,i was never a big Bangel fan (or spuffy for that matter). So i wouldn't have picked it,I would have gone for A Whole in the World or Your Welcome or even Smile Time. As for OMWF i never really got the hype with that The Body was so much better!.
 
Really so pleased, i love it when buffy or angel gets mentioned like this😀 Recently in Ok! magazine there was an article about the new movie and I was just thinking 'wow what an impact it still makes!'
 
Great episodes. I wouldn't say Iwry is *the* best, but it's pretty good and even casual viewers know what's going on. And Omwf is def. a good choice. It's my second favorite episode and I'm aware that my first favorite is a little unorthodox.

The body is tough to sell for a list like this. Regardless of how awesome it is (and it is), it is dramatically different in feel from teh vast majority of the show, and not in a "fun" way.
