Completely Angel. Wesley should have talked to Angel. He should have told him what he read. Angel could have made the decision then. But his son was torn from him. He missed out on his son's childhood because of Wesley. Connor spent years in a hell dimension because Wesley was too afraid to be honest with any of his friends/colleagues.

I felt really bad for Wesley. But I guess it all falls under you and your emotions, and what kind of person you are, which makes you sympathise more with one or another.
I'm the kind of person who is quite secretive, and would maybe go down the route Wesley did, thinking I was doing the right thing.

Obviously felt really bad for Angel too; he lost a child. But I think it was much easier to empathise with Wesley, he's so fragile compared to Angel.
