That scene when right before he and Buffy are together for the first time-when she's all cold and shivery and he's holding her...and he tells her he loves her... *sigh* It was at that moment that I fell in love! 😉

Well...that and when he was dancing in "She"...ask my hubby, an inability to dance is one of the top qualities I look for in a guy! LOL!
 
i'd say after he loses his soul in S2 well after all the pain and crawling around on the ground whining for buffy. when the lady on the street asks him if he's ok, and if she should call 911, then he gets up, bites her, (and the best part) turns around blows out her smoke and says "i feel just great" :: red :: hot hot

I drooled so much my pillow was all wet.
And i also really liked R w/a V. when he was taking a shower and suddenly cordy came in and he lost grip of his towel.
