Angel drinks human blood

Although I'm thinking it is the not-thought-out plot theory, maybe it's bad blood? Like, blood that's healthy, but because of stringent rules isn't considered safe for transfusions, so they dump it, and Angel then goes along and sees a free meal?

I think thats quite clearly human blood and not the pigs blood in a jar from the butcher we see him drink in later seasons. So, Angel drinks human blood. Anyone want to explain?

My feeling... Seems Angels not as good as we would like to think he is. : erm :

I suppouse it's something like why SOME people *cough* (not me) smoke some cheeba on occasion. Sure it's illegal...it's BAD...but it's so dam* good. LOL. I wouldn't want to suck on a pig if I could suck on a human either! Sometimes you just gotta learn to give in to the urge!
