Nikkolas
Glory/Dawn Shipper.......
Ya know, Buffy is a more understanding person than a lot of people on the internet give her credit for. According to many a hater, Buffy is nothing more than an immeasurably selfish moron.
Of course, that judgment has no real basis in reality.
Unless of course you watch this episode in which case, the haters are 100% right.
It's not that Buffy didn't give Faith every chance; she most definitely did do her best to help Faith. Even in This Year's Girl, she said:
BUFFY: She could be terrified. Maybe she doesn't even remember. Or maybe she does and she's sorry and she's alone hiding somewhere.
The fact of the matter is, Buffy having a "grr hate Faith" attitude be pure nonsense since this was their last interaction.

Faith went into that coma highly disturbed and this was not helped by 8 months worth of fixating on Buffy couldn't have done her fragile mind any good. The coup de grace on her waking up in any sort of "good" mood was discovering her father figure is dead. Killed by the person who nearly killed her and has since forgotten about her.
And Faith only wanted to ruin Buffy's life in Season 3 out of a fierce longing and jealousy. You see, The Mayor's gift to his beloved daughter is the best thing he could have given his daughter in a sick kind of way. Faith wanted the kind of life Buffy had and she could claim it through that device. She didn't so much wreck Buffy's life after coming out of the coma as steal it.
I don't know about you but if I had a mortal foe and I was supposedly bent on ruining their life, there's a lot more I could do with their body than what Faith did with Buffy's. Faith actually was reforming sort of as she acted like Buffy. It's kind of a shame that Buffy didn't realize it was her own inherent goodness that helped free Faith from the darkness she was trapped in.
Anyway, it's really not surprising people side with Faith and call Buffy a bitch in this. It's as if Buffy didn't notice Faith's hysterical self-loathing and given Faith was right on top of her, that's truly a grand feat of ignorance.
FAITH: You're nothing! Disgusting! Murderous bitch! You're nothing! You're disgusting!
*bursts into sobs*
Tch. This is clearly the actions of an unfeeling person who will never reform whatsoever. Buffy has seen the light and we are all just blind. Faith's diatribe was all for show and she's really evilly evil.
Honestly, Buffy came into town for one reason and one reason alone - Faith screwed Riley. She's too hung up on her latest boytoy to pay any attention to the people who matter.
Finally, her bringing up Riley is just a total dick move. It was an obvious attempt to hurt Angel because Buffy herself felt hurt. It's very human but then again, the essence of being human is being selfish.
It is really hard to defend Buffy sometimes. Episodes like this are those times.
It's sad to say she was actually better in Buffy Season 7. Don't hear that much.
