Save Angel From Cancellation didn't get saved by the Lycos 50 this week, but have faith Angel Fans, for we are hearing that the show actually may be picked up by another network.

Please note that this news is unconfirmed by ME but that the source has been reliable in the past. The future of the series can go either way right now, but any information regarding it's renewal certainly sparks a bit of hope. Thank you slayerpower😀
 
This better not be one of those things where I get my hopes up only to have them brutally and viciously crushed into a thousand tiny little pieces scattered all over the place...

Lycos is often reliable though, so, against my will, my hopes once again go up in this crazy rollercoaster...let's just hope this rollercoaster doesn't end in a devastating crash...
 
I'm not quite sure why Lycos have reported that, to be honest - none of the online news sites sites have reported similar news, none of the big news sites have linked the article and also, the producers don't seem to know anything about it, either. And you'd think they'd know.

So, I'd treat it as very much just a rumour.

What I will say is that the producers are now talking about trying to bring Angel back, but NOT as a TV series. They haven't defined how. They might mean in books, or they may have bigger plans. We'll find out.

The world as known by the WB...just they way they like it...

Television creates these ideas that become what many people are interested in. They see it on TV, they think it's cool. So why don't they actually play thing that ARE cool. Because as long as Paris Hilton, weight watchers, and that kind of stuff is around...they want to make money off of it...

What happened to originality? To being daring and new? It was crushed by ungrateful networks like the WB...
