Hello everyone. It has been a while since I posted, sorry about that. Just got twins on May 4th (girl and boy) so they keep me up at night (me and my wife).

Now, I have watched, like all of you did, the final episode. I few things annoyed me about this great finale. Why was it only one hour ? Why was Charisma Carpenter not on the finale ? Why did Lilah not show up for at least a "goodbye". After 5 seasons there could of been a special with the cast that would share there favorite episodes.

If it was certain that there would be a movie (at least one) then I would not mind this kind of ending. But the way David Boreanaz is talking, he is not eager in doing it. So what are we the fans to do, imagine the rest. Will they be ever a movie (or a DVD sixth season) ?

I already miss this show. So tell me what you think about all this. Maybe we should start a petition for FOX to release a sixth season on DVD.

Have a nice day.

The reason there was not a special after the show to say goodbye to the cast was because the WB doesn't give a lick about the show, hence why they axed it. Lilah and Cordy didn't show up because they died. And Boreanez said that he wouldn't do TV movies, he said to come back to the character they would need to raise the stakes higher, meaning Angel's big screen debut. So there still is a big possibility that a movie would happen, hell I'm betting that Joss will begin plans for an Angel movie before he gets around to setting up a Buffy motion picture. And a season 6 DVD is far fetched, but maybe an "extended ending" for the season 5 DVD would be good.

The season 6 DVD is not as far fetched as you might think. The Angel DVD's are a hot item at FOX and they might want to tap on the potential a series on DVD could give them. I would definetly buy one for sure.

Well, you even said that DB didn't want to do a tv movie, why would he want to do a season that is just going to be released on DVD?(not to mention they have no network to help with funding) I'm thinking it's a big motion picture movie or nuttin.

Actually he said he would do a tv movie if it was done right.

I have a feeling that this movie deal won't happen at all. Same thing as Sex In The City. David clearly has no intention on doing a movie. Wich is unfortunate cause we will be left with this cliffhanger forever. Unless David changes his mind, we might never see an Angel movie again.
