Angel Not Renewed For Season 5 Yet!

The WB has renewed six of its series for next season "” but unfortunately, Angel isn't one of them. Charmed, Gilmore Girls, Everwood, Smallville and Reba have been picked up for the 2003-04 season, while Monday-night staple 7th Heaven received a two-year green light. The network is expected to make a decision on Angel, arguably the WB's best show, in May.

I meant Season 5 sorry, havent got a clue why I put Season 6!!!
 
falkin WB is so gay....they falkin renew a show like Reba with no hesitation and have to falk with the best quality show on the network angel...man wb is turning its back on the series that made the network what it is today...
 
We don't know that, a fifth season is not certain, but a lot of people are pretty confident that the WB will renew the contract! Not to worry!
 
They probably will renew the contract. At least for another season.

You just have to keep your fingers crossed.
 
::wave:: I hope that Angel gets renewed for another season. I don't get to watch it that often, but its a great show and I know lots of people who love the show!!!🙂
 
I'd like to see the show last at tleast as long as it's mother show dis but i don't see it, i thought it would last at least 6 yeatrs though, lets hope so.
 
I really hope there will be a Season 5 of Angel because i will really miss Buffy especially as there still isn't any confirmation of a spin-off and it seeming less likely. I'm glad there is going to be another season of Charmed though.
 
If Angel does go, that will only leave me with Charmed!!!
Angel please be renewed!!!
 
Things that would make TheWB want to renew Angel.

1) James Marsters moving to the cast.
2) Buffy being cancelled (Buffy only viewers seek out Jossverse at another location in an desperate attempt to feed their needs).
3) The show takes a new turn.
4) Anthony Stewart Head may guest star or become a regular of Angel.
 
I think they'll renew Angel for season 5. They just have to. If they don't renew it I wouldn't understand why. This eason of Angel soo rocks! I love it. I swear WB will soo kick themselves in the a** if they don't. They'll regret it.
 
WB better renew Angel! James has said that if Angel comes back for a 5th season then Spike will make a few appearances or even become a regular!
 
Yeah, from the bits that are floating around Joss isn't too worried about Angel getting picked up -- he's confident that someone will, WB or not.
 
According to www.eonline.com Kristen, (formally Wanda), states that she spoke to Joss, and even thought we wont know for certain for another 3 weeks, he feels very certain that it will be picked up. I really hope it does, Joss would put more influence into the show and I think it would get a lot more viewers because of Buffy getting canceled. Kristen also said that it is being left open for Spike to appear in some eps next season. But no Xander because NB is getting his own pilot. Anyway, just check out her chat transcripts from this past Monday.
