i don't know why you post things like this, Jakiepolar. chances are, 90% of the posters here are going to disagree with you.

James Marsters is a terrific actor in my mind, and extremely good looking to boot. his English accent never faultered during the entire time he palyed Spike. he even managed to pull of a bad American accent. an American actor, playing an English character doing a BAD American accent...how can he ever be classed as a bad actor?

David Boreanaz is not as good an actor as James, but he is still up there in the top to me. he was amazing playing both Angel and Angelus, at the same time in Orpheus (ok, obviously filmed at different times, but still) yes, i admit his Irish accent was...lacking at times, but you can't have everything.

also, you can change the theme you use in your User Profile. yes, Christmas is over, but Buffy Summers will change the default theme when she's good and ready.

Lyri, I think about 100% of people are going to totally disagree. Everyone at least likes one of them. 🙂

James Marsters is a great actor. And quite possible the best cheekbones every!

David Boreanaz is not on my favorite actor, but I will admit that he is definitely easy on the eyes! And just because he's not my favorite, is doesn't mean that I don't think he's good. He is.

Yeah definetly disagree! I don't like spike, but I still think JM is a good actor, althought I do think he's a little odd looking! lol. And I like DB's acting!
 
i used to be well obsessed with buffy and angel posters everywere in my room. cards of buffy and angel bed cover. all the dvds now all the qoutes. and everything. i thought i was bad. but u all need to get a life and used to like angel. i stilll watch being doing that this week. your all like need help!!!!! fast !!!

BY the way, how many different shades of moron do you need to be to admit you had an angel bed cover and then calls other people losers?

On the subject of merchandise. The only Buffy and Angel items that I own are the dvds. The only one I personally bought was Angel season 2, the other dvds were gifts.

I would never waste money on buffy or Angel merchandise, on account of me not being three years old.

On the subject of acting, while I do think James Marsters is a better actor, I don't think Boreanaz gets the props he deserves. His acting craft just improved so much, from season 1 Buffy to the work he is doing now on Bones. While Marsters is a good actor, I don't think he's amazingly talented. He got lucky with the Spike character. It was just a perfect fit.
 
This thread doesn't make any sense. David Boreanaz and James Marsters are both good actors as others here have pointed out. And if you don't like the theme of SMG looking like a "pawn" star, you can just change it on your user control panel.

ok, why do you bother posting here? seriously, you joined a message board for the fans of Buffy and Angel, and you've done nothing but bad mouth these shows since you arrived. i really don't understand why you keep coming back. you should know by now that NO ONE is going to agree with you!!
Spike is my favorite character from either show, and he's the favorite character of a lot of posters here. i don't see many people agreeing with you.
i admit, i love these shows, and i do own some merchandise. boxsets, CD's, but i have never gone so far as to plaster my room with posters or to admit to having an Angel bedcover...i've never hand one, but if i did, i certaintly wouldn't admit it!!

and one more thing...is English your first language?

Both are very good actors, it's thank to DB there's a proper Angel at all. As for Masters. I have yet to not enjoy his stuff. He makes my favorite character what he is. Fear a man in a cool jacket people.

Just take your time before you post. I get crraied away msyelf soemimets and don't bother with checking, usually with poor spelling and grammar so don't worry.
