Hi i'm new to this forum.

I was wondering if anyone knew how season two was meant to have ended?

I know they wanted Spike back and i remember hearing rumours about Lynsey having a sister who was blind does anyone else know anything about this?

Welcome to the boards 🙂

I never heard about this although they did the blind thing in S1's Blind Date.

Technically Spike was brought back in S2 for the memories of Darla and Angel.

I think season two ended just about how they wanted it to end. I mean, I assume if they wanted Lindsey to have a sister, it would have been easy to work that into the show since there would have been no specific actress needed to play the part. And Spike was already contracted to Buffy, so I'm sure James was busy with that but probably could have worked in a little Angel screentime had they wanted him for more than just the flashback scenes in "Darla."

This is from City of Angel

"An interesting note is that the producers had planned for Spike [James Marsters] to arrive in LA, without his debilitating chip, and become Angel's 'big bad' toward the end of the season. But due to the Network switch of Buffy to UPN that arc was squashed. How that would have affected the second season will remain unknown."

That can't be true though because Buffy didn't switch networks until the following season. Season two of Angel would have aired side by side with Buffy season five, the last where they aired together.

I couldn't find anything else on this so your probably right.

I suppose it's the same as Doyle coming back in Season 4.
