Although angel and spike did have a fight, angel didnt have faith in himself at the time but at the end of the series who do you think would win?

I don't think by the end of season5 Angel would kill Spike, he'd hold back. Therefore Spike would win. However, if it was Angelus vs Spike then Angelus would win.

Angel, he's the strongest..but I couldnt really see them fighting..they sstarted to get on more by the end...kinda

They'd end up kissing each other against a wall and the hell with the fight...but...ern...hmmm,no..sorry😛...Angel would win of course😀

I reckon they're about even.
I don't know. I would guess Spike actually. Angel is stronger I think, but Spike is a better fighter. Spike and Buffy are about even and I know that Buffy is better than Angel. So, unless it came down to brute force Spike would probably win.

If Angel could punish Spike as much as he did when he didn't have faith in himself imagine how much he would kick Spike's ass when he did have faith. I'm not saying Spike would be a pushover but Angel would win. Angel has always been better than Spike (take In The Dark for example). If Spike was facing Angelus he wouldn't stand a chance.

::devil:: Big Bad ::devil:: here. Well here's my opinion on the matter

Angelus-vs-Spike: Spike
Angel-vs-Spike: ???

Lemmie explain. In the battle between Angelus and Spike, I would think that Spike would win this easily. Angelus never really striked me as a good fighter. A good tactician-yes, A good torturer-yes.....but never really a good fighter. Spike now with a little bit more experience under his belt would fair easily against Angelus-IMO

Now with Angel and Spike I honestly think it could go either way, depending on if weapons are used or not. Looking at Angel, Angel never seems hesitant on bringing a weapon to battle. There are countless times we've seen him carrying a great-axe, retractable wrist stakes, and even at the series finale he was seen sporting a broadsword. Spike on the other hand, is rarely seen using weapons. Spike seems to use a more "hands" on approach when it comes to fighting his opponents. So if weapons were to be used Angel should have the upper hand because he seems to have more experience in using them than Spike would.

But.....in a fist to fist fight at this point and time I would think it's that the winner between Angel and Spike would be whoever gets the upper hand and capitalizes on it. Neither one of them has an ability or special power that could be used in battle to help shift the tide to their favor, so it would come down to whoever seems an opening and uses it first.

hey everyone you should check out my buffy/angel tournament, its in the game of life forum or you can click on the link in my signature

Angel is a stronger, but Spike seems more creative when he fights. He doesnt just throw punches he no what he is doing...so i would have to say spike

Well they were both holding back...it wasn't that he had lost faith..admit it..angel and spike did have strong but rather dysfunctional relationship..I think they both respected eachother...but it was just a love/hate thing.
Angel was stronger..but yes spike was a better and more skilled fighter..remember him fighting with iyllria and as he said "adapting" to her moves..I'm not saying Angel couldn't have done that..but he's more of a punch now ask questions later type of guy..

well guess they both are..but I'm sure it'd be equal...because they couldnt bear to kill eachother..I think Spike's way of being annoying was a way of saying he did care for angel as a friend..and angel being rude..was another ex of the whole love/hate relationship.
