I noticed an error with Angel's age. He was born in 1753, so he should be about 250 years old. But, Connor was born a few weeks before BAM! he's a teenager, so we all consider him to be around 18. Angel spent 100 years in a Hell dimension, so shouldn't he be about 350?

Yep-that makes perfect sense. I think when tallying Angel's age after Season 3 of Buffy, they forgot about his 100 years in a hell dimension! How silly is that?

Yeah, and in BTVS S2-'Halloween',Buffy said he was 18 in 1775...but,oops!,he died in 1753...curious...😛

Angel also counts his age from the day he was sired not the day he was born so that might screw it up a bit.

Yeah,that's true...he was 26...*Magui thinks 'Don't say it Magui!'**Magui thinks 'Whatever,I'll say it anyway,so shut up b*tch!'*...26?!,yeah,right,David is a God,incredibly hot and I love him...but he so does not look 26...Well,whatever,I'm off topic😛.
Oh,btw,we don't know if he spent 100 years in Hell...IMO,he spent more time there...poor sweetie🙁

Lethe, you made a good point about Angel's age and because he was in a hell dimension he should probably be around 350 years old. But according to the series, time in a hell dimension obviously moves a lot faster than our time here. This can make things complicated.

In BTVS- season 3, from Angel's point of view he was gone for hundreds of years, but for everyone else on earth it was only a few months. His age would really depend on who's point of view you're talking about (Angel's or everyone else's) If you were to say he was 350 something years old, you'd have to go from earth years, to hell years, then back to earth. Which is kind of complicated. So when measuring Angel's age, it'd probably be best to say he's (some thousands) of hell-years old or around 250 "normal" years old.(stick with one demension's time)
The same thing with Connor's age, he could either be a teenager or however long he's been around for everyone else.
(and who said time can be confusing? 😉 )

Hmmm...yea...I'd say he should be around 350 years then...just another little mistake they made....

Magui: are you arguing with yourself? It was kinda strange...lol.

Good points, all. I'll take your advice and stick with one dimension's time.

Angel may have lived the equivalent to 350 years, but he hasn't aged (according to the show...we can see him age over the 8 years he's played Angel) whereas Connor has obviously gone from being in a cradle to being the Destroyer. You can't really acknowledge him as a baby anymore.

Ummm...Vampire's aren't SUPPOSED to age, so we're kinda supposed to suspend disbelief in Angel's case-which means we haven't technically seen Angel age either 😀

We have someone who counted the years Connor spent in Quartoth--Holz. Angel was in no state to count the years in whichever hell he was in, and none of the inhabitants are telling. Also, Angel wasn't really experiencing life, just sort of existing, which might be why he discounts that time in hell when counting his age, whereas Connor grew up in Quartoth and that's where all his memoties of his "father", Holz, come from, so he is much more likely to count those years as important.
