OK. I just thought of how I want the teaser to Season 5's first episode to go:

We see the Fang Gang (Angel still hasn't returned) all doing what they're supposed to be doing (Fred in the science deptartment, etc, and we see a bit of what Gunn is supposed to be).

Angel enters the front doors (it's still night). He goes up to his office, but Lilah intercepts him, and gives him a "what the hell are you doing here?" look.

Lilah: Uh, welcome back.
Angel: (looking at her like "what's wrong") Thanks.
Lilah: Can I get you a, uh, something.
Angel: No. I'm not hungry.
Lilah: All right.

Lilah walks away, and goes into her own office. She picks up a phone at her desk.

Lilah: We've got a small problem... Ya. That's right. He's alive... I don't know!

*Opening credits*


Your thought about what you'd like to see?
 
Would sorta be cool to see an opening like I've mentioned in another thread where there is an excevation site at Sunnydale and Lilah is leading the team, she finds the amulet that Spike was wearing when he destroyed the Hellmouth - she grabs it and reflects it on the sun then smiles - the camera zooms in on the amulet shifting in shimmering red fading into a new screen where we see Spike, bloody and beaten surrounded and chased by Turok-Hans.
 
There are so many posible openings on the net, that I just don't know which one I like more....... Maybe that with male slayer.... hehehe Can't wait till September
 
OH! I guess I'm inadvertantly writting a fan-fic first episode here, but oh well (Yes: Fan-fic. It will NOT (necessarily) happen, but it's fun to think about anyway).

My opening happens. After commercial break, the first act happens as whatever it is. Like their first official case or something. You don't see Lilah for the whole act. The end of the first act shows Angel is in his office, reflecting on his short time with Buffy, possibly wondering what happened; wondering if it worked. Cut to a shot of the "Welcome to Sunnydale" sign at the bottom of the pit. The camera, still shooting towards the ground, pans over to an amulet. A hand picks it up. New shot to estabilsh that this is an excevation site where Sunnydale once was and Lilah is leading the team. The amulet, that she picked up, is the same one that Spike was wearing when he destroyed the Hellmouth. She reflects it on the sun, then smiles. The camera zooms in on the amulet shifting in shimmering red fading into a new screen where we see Spike, bloody and beaten surrounded and chased by Turok-Hans.

And that could work SO well! It would establish early on that Spike is going to be a part of the show, without actually having him ON the show - in our world - right away. Perhaps at the end of the show or sometime within the next couple of episodes, he would finally get out.

I hope you don't mind me ripping off your idea, Razekiel. It's just really good, and gave me those few more ideas!

As long as you credit me I dont mind 😛 But my initial idea was that his soul is later extracted to become a connection with the senior partners, his corporeal form would be restricted to tbe white room but he could arrive non corporeal outside and guide the Angel team.
 
The one with Spike being a Salyer is not real. It is only a spec script that was written by a writer that got far more publicity than it should have. It will not be used. In regards t oall of these people who think the season will start at the ruins of Sunnydale, I think you are wrong. This is ANGEL, not Buffy Season 8. For people that only watched Angel, all of the stuff about the Turok-Hans and the the ruins will not make sense to them. It is too much focusing on Buffy material for Angel. It won't happen. I doubt Spike will even be in the teaser. What they will probably do is try and tie up everything that happened from last year in the Season 5 premiere. Maybe then Spike wil lcome in the final moments of the premiere as somewhat of a "cliifhanger". James Marsters is contracted for all 22 episodes though, so he will be in the premiere. Unfortunately, that is about all that we know wil lbe in the premiere.

Have you ever heard of something like speculation, theories, ideas and various things made up by 'people' such as me? 😛 This is what that is, I came up with this idea one month ago or a little more - its what I think would be cool if happened. I dont think it will happen but I think it would be cool if it did happen.
 
It's for people like you that I keep putting things like "This will not happen, because I'm not a writer." Or "Fan-fic."

Fan-fic (fan fiction) is when a fan writes whatever he wants to because he feels like it. NOT because it's going to happen, or he/she is dilussional and thinks it will actually come to pass.
 
you guys are funny, I read somwhere how it is suposed to start but we probably dont know the truth till late july.
If soone wants me to post it I will but I have to find it again. And I will if u want me to. ^_^

argie...spike and faith forever...? they barely even had any scenes together...
 
Just because Faith and Spike barely had a scene together doesn't mean it will remain that way forever. He's a decent guy, she's a decent girl. They're the same in alot of ways!
