Angel's "Second Front"

Assuming the worst had happened, and Buffy and her little army had failed to contain the First Evil in the hellmouth, who do you think that Angel would have rounded up to man his Second Front? (Serious question here, no sarcasm intended)

Other than his own people, I would guess Gwen Raiden, whatever was left of Gunn's crew, and whatever few friendly demons who Lorne might be able to round up (I would be tempted to say W&H's Security Team, but I'm not sure that he would trust them enough). Can anyone else think of any others?

^ I'm sure he'd try to cobble together as powerful a force as he could muster.
I don't remember too well, but whatever happened to that telekinetic girl from season two (or was it three)? She'd be an asset.

I would say Angel's "Second Front" would be his team Wesley,Gunn,Fred, and Lorne (Even though Fred and Lorne aren't really fighters). Maybe he would try to contact Gwen Raiden as well

I think he would have contacted Gwen and The Powers That Be. However, people are forgetting how powerful Wolfram and Hart are, there is no way they would allow the First Evil to disrupt their Apocalypse or kill Angel

That would make a great what if book. Imagine angel investigations teaming up with the circle of the black thorn. With the addition of Gwen, Trepkos, Groo, and Bethany. Add in Hamilton and Drogyn in as well for maximum awesomeness. Then as Angel is about to be dusted by an ubervamp, Lindsey comes in and dusts the vamp with a big f'n sword saying only I get to kill Angel.
