Ok,here is my doubt,i read a lot of fanfic and a lot of people think that Angelus loved Buffy and that's why he wanted to kill her.He couldn't admit that he had fellings so he decide to kill her.
My opinion is...well,i don't know,The Judge said that Angelus didn't have fellings and that's why he couldn't burn him.But then,when i think that Angelus could kill Buffy and he didn't,the counfusion starts.He went to her room to make drawings of her having the chance of ripping her trought out,when Dru told him about the ghosts in the school(I only have eyes for you)he scared and went to the high school,...maybe it was because he didn't want her dead bacause he wanted to do it by himself,but i don't know,confusing...what do you think?

He didnt love her, he did hate her to a certain extent, but mostly he was obessed with her...like he was obessed with Drusilla. Frankly I think if it werent for Angelus trying to end the world he probably wouldve tried to drive Buffy insane or to her weakest point then turn her into a vampire, and she would become like the new Darla in his life. But if anyone were to kill Buffy he wanted to do it. And he also liked to play games with her.

Spike was obsessed about her, Angelus just wanted to kill her for fun, he didn't have feelings about her, but because Angel had, he wanted to hurt Angel by killing her.

Maybe he was obsessed with killing her because he still felt love for her. He doesn't want to feel love or anything for that matter. Just pleasure and killing her gives him the pleasure of destroying that love.

It was obsession.....she made him feel human and he was angry for those feelings coming to the surface. As Angelus he had been something he never wanted to be. He wanted her to hurt for it.
