Angelus in Eternity

Today when I was re-watching some of the episodes like 'Soulless', 'Release' and 'Orpheus' I noticed that I did not, for some strange reason, find David's acting (as Angelus) as good as he was on Btvs or 'Eternity' episode from season 1. Maybe that's because of the dialogue since 'Soulless' was the directorial debut of Sean Astin who plays Samwise Gamgee in 'Lord of the Rings'. Sean had apparently never seen any of the Angel episodes before but prepared himself for several weeks before he was given this episode to direct.

But anyway, my point is that the only episode on Angel where I liked watching David act as present-day-Angelus, in other words, which doesn't include flashbacks was the episode 'Eternity' from season 1. David's acting as Angelus in 'Eternity' was just so beautifully cocky, sadistic, cruelly funny (though I'm not a fan of dark humor I still found Angelus's jokes funny especially his cruel imitation of Cordelia's acting skills), cold and downright creepy. Those five minutes of David's acting as Angelus in 'Eternity' was better than his acting in Soulless, Calvary, Release and Orpheus!

Does anybody on board have a link of Angelus's appearance in 'Eternity'? I tried searching on Youtube but couldn't find it. It would be really great if you guys could post a link to the last 10 minutes of 'Eternity' 😀
 
the brief cameo by Angelus had me R0TFLMA0. Best thing about "Eternity" for me.


Boreanaz does cruel and sadistc so well, looks like he had a blast with it.
 
I watched this last night. Its amazing. DB is very convincing when he turns to Angelus. I loved the Rebecca character too. The intro scene where wes and angel are going through hell watching cordy in a play is so funny too. Brilliant episode.

it's a shame there wasn't a follow-up scene with Angel and Rebecca. I liked her too, the actress was gorgeous.

She was beautiful
When I first saw the episode I thought maybe Angel was faking to make Rebecca see what a vampire really is.
