I was just watching the episode where a girl named Anne is having a fundraiser for her teen shelter and I'm wondering if anyone else thinks this is the same Anne from Buffy??

The idea that she'd been running a shelter for teens makes sense. In the first episode of Buffy S3 she takes over Buffy's life in LA and asks if she can now be "Anne" and then when she finds out Angel is a vampire she says, "a few years ago it would have been a turn on" (the vampire worhsipping club).

It looks ALOT like the girl from Buffy.

The only thing is that she doesn't have the tattoo (the one she got with her boyfriend). Also, she met Angel is Buffy S2 for a few minutes when him and Buffy went into the vampire worshipping club but maybe she just didn't remember meeting him??

I dunno....what does everyone else think?
 
It is the Girl, Lily from the Episode Anne and Lie to Me(Chantrelle or something)....

do you remember someone you met very briefly 2 years ago when you were focused on something that was gonna happen and he had no relevance?

Seriously, this isnt a think, its a know its the same character🙂
 
I knew it!!!

I have seen this episode once before and never realized it was her....but after watching it a second time tonight I realized that it had to be her!!

I wonder what happened to the tattoo though?

I agree...she probably wouldn't remember Angel after only meeting for him 2 minutes and in that type of situation no less.
 
No they don't actually say it's her. They definitely imply that it's her but they never actually say that it's her 100%.
 
I like how they did that though, she never would have had a place in Buffy but Angel was perfect to carry on her story and let us know how she got on.
 
when i saw her in Angel for the first time i had just watched the epsiode 'Anne' in Buffy so i was pretty certain it was her but wasnt a 100% sure so i looked at the names in the credits and they were the same.i thought it was really cool how they carried her character on into Angel and to see how she'd managed to turn her life around and that she was getting to help others like how Buffy had helped her,not including the whole demon thing lol.
 
Which? You mean the one where Julia Lee turns up as Anne running a teen shelter. That's Angel Season Two - Blood Money.
 
yeah, everyone was running from the zombies and they went to her shelter. all the space was getting filled up and stuff, but she still tried to shelter everyone she could. we also found out that she knew gunn.
 
I thought that at the end of "Anne" she talked about getting her tatoo removed? Must just be my crazy imagination. I do think she would have removed the tatoo though mainly because that was part of Lily's life not Anne's life. She wouldn't want to be reminded of her past lives as they were to hurtful and embarrasing.
 
I'm sooo shocked. I never realized that before, until now. But now that I think of it, its all about putting two and two together. They should have kept the tattoo on her though, just for clarification purposes.
