Oh and no offense with the lurking, I did it too and it is actually commendable to get a feel for a board before diving in and expecting the board to adjust the way it's nuances work to the way you are. The whole standing about thing is just a Spike tribute of sorts off of one of his lines because I know you like 'em. 🙂
