just got an email from Smith Micro pimping their new software

art rage deluxe not bad price, only $39

here are some reviews on it.

I do like the interface, seems ultrachic and modern.. though it still doesnt do everything xara but it could serve as a nice alternative to photoshop.. you can even import and export PSD files with layers and blend modes, so.. wow!

thought someone may be interested.

That's really neat, scob. Thanks for posting! GIMP just added a dynamic brushes feature, but it doesn't approach the realistic brush and pencil strokes of this program. I might download the free trial and give it a go.
