Most of the unaired pilot plot ended up in "Welcome to the Hellmouth" so if you haven't seen it you're not missing much.
About the only positive thing I can say about it is that I really liked the guy who played the principal (he's a character actor who's been in lots of other stuff...he was the nerdy insurance salesman in Groundhog's Day who kept saying "Watch that last step, it's a doosie!" after Bill Murray stepped off a curb and into a puddle). There are a couple of other neat treats - Jonathan Levinson has a brief exchange with Buffy outside the Bronze, and Xander and Buffy have an amusing discussion about the different cliques in high school. But mostly it's just Welcome to the Hellmouth, only with HORRIBLE production values and a really bad Willow. And for the record - she's doesn't overact, she severely underacts. To the point of being almost a non-entity.
