Does anyone else out there love Harry Potter?

I love it and cant wait for the next film in June!

A quick survey:

My answers:

1 Goblet Of Fire. Ive read it at least four times and i totally love it, the best so far imo.
2 Hermione, cuz she reminds me a lot of myself and cuz i just really like her!
3 Definetly Dolores Umbridge!
4 The one in PoA where Harry says to Malfoy "shame you can't attach an extra hand to your broom so it could catch the snitch for you" ROFL!!!! That one cracked me up!
5 Definetly H/Hr (Harry/Hermione). No contest! I hate R/Hr!!
 
i like it and have all the books....just don't actually love it:
1- the last one "Goblet Of Fire", because it's the one wich has more history and action.
2- the clumbsy kid who always mess thigs up (don't remenber the name) and Ron, because they are sorta like me.
3 - harry...lol, yes i know it's weird to hate the main caracter, but also hated buffy so...i just can't stand his whinig anymore...
4 - not particulary-
5- Ron/ hermione (tehir funny togueder) and Malfoy/ hary (lol, j/k 😛 )

Hey, our answers almost match Yusu+cream=yum!! Glad to see a few fellow Harmonians (the generally accepted term for H/Hr shippers)

Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban is out in the UK on June 4th. Im so excited!
 
HP & POA comes out on June 4th in America too! Almost done with the fifth book!
 
I saw some clips for the new movie on the tv last night. The dementors look appropriately scary, and it looks pretty good!

Anyone care to make predictions about how the series will end? I have some theories (no spoilers, though...I hate spoilers).
 
I dun really know about predictions im not very good at those lol :d but i deffinetly think that Harry and Hermionie will have got together by then.

oo i saw the previews as well it looks really good!! i cant wait to go and see it!! 😀
 
i like harry potter i watched 1 + 2 with my sister's kids and i really liked harry potter 1 and i think 2 is pretty good too, but I think it's nothing for kids under ten although ma sister's kids are under ten

YEY i have finally seen the trailler!!! and i have to say that it looks aweosme!! much better than the first two!! 😀

I hve just read an interview with daniel Radcliff and he said (NO SPIOLERS I PROMISE!!!) that he thinks that for Voldemort to die Harry will have to die to even things out a bit because of the conection that they have over the wands and stuff.

Ill post the interview.

But I've got really bad feelings that something not so good's going to happen to Harry. Because maybe like if he died that's the only way Voldemort could die as well and so they cancel each other out. I think people are going to go mad when I've said that I'm sure. Or he would become a Quidditch player. It's a happier ending."

Well, that leads nicely into my theories about what is gonna happen and how it will end. No spoilers here either, but here are my fearless predictions:

Ron and Hermione will end up as a couple. Rowling has been foreshadowing this relationship since Book 3, and made it even more inevitable in Book 4 when Ron got so torqued that she had a date (that it was Krum was just icing on the cake). Also, Ron is based loosely, according to Rowling, on her best friend (a guy whose name I forget), and she identifies closely with Hermione. It would be a way to acknowledge their friendship, and nod to the sexual tension that all friends of the opposite sex feel at one time or another (remember, this is a theory...).

This pair up, if it happens, would lead to and ending something like this: Voldemort attacks, and Hermione is killed, as is Dumbledore who was protecting her. I think a main character needs to be killed by Voldemort for this reason: Yes he killed Harry's parents, and it hurt Harry, but he has no specific memory of them, and his hurt is just the hollow one of something he didn't have. By having Hermione and/or Dumbledore killed, it now becomes personal between Harry and Voldemort in a way that it is not now. Voldemort hasn't really harmed anyone "close" to Harry (Sirius was killed by one of Voldemorts followers). And really, what would hurt Harry more than seeing Ron devastated by the loss of Hermione...that would hurt him more than if he (Harry) was paired up with Hermione and she was killed. It's a double whammy...Hermione and /or Dumbledore dead, Ron devastated and Harry bent for revenge. Harry confronts Voldemort and kills him...but it costs him his ability to do any magic at all. He must give up his world to save it...kinda like Frodo...and he goes off into the Muggle world, a hero, but unable to live in the world he saved.

So, what do ya think? What's your theory?
