Any Rob Lowe fans on BB?

Kind of a spinoff from the "To Appomattox" thread, where Lowe has been cast as General (and future President) Ulysses S. Grant. At the same time, he's also been cast as President John F. Kennedy in the National Geographic movie adaptation of "Killing Kennedy" (which, in a neat coincidence, also stars Michelle Trachenberg as Marina Oswald). On top of his outstanding work on The West Wing and, of course, being the villain in Wayne's World (seriously, if you haven't seen that movie, see it. Like, right now 😛), and I'm pretty stoked about him again.
 
I really enjoy Rob Lowe. A lot of that has to do with Sam Seabourn but I will absolutely give any of his projects a chance simply because he is in it.

I highly recommend the audio version of his book. It has some great stories and he is endlessly endearing narrating it.
 
I'm really hoping he succeeds as General Grant. I have a hard time picturing a better actor to play JFK, but I'm not so sure about Grant. He's a lot more rugged then what Lowe typically plays. It'll be interesting to see for sure.
 
I wouldn't watch a project just becasue he's in it, but I love his work on West Wing and Parks and Recreation!
 
Yeah, I loved him as Sam Seaborn. I was kinda bummed with his departure from the show of course they bring the fan fave character back for the last season ish :-/ he has also been in a few episodes of Franklin and Bash, playing their next door neighbor and nemesis lol. And is it just me or does Ian Somerhalder look pretty identical to a young Rob Lowe?
