I have always wanted to do a "slayers: the next generation" - where the ramifications of a diverse world of new slayers would have been explored. Could have become a franchise like csi or law and order!

I'm not sure about those ideas, the next generation of Slayers sounds a bit like the Potentials, as for a CSI or Law and Order type thing, Angel Investigations already did that. I'd prefer something with a new twist to it.

Where should the story begin?
Should this be in the Introduction To The Watcher Diaries?
I have started the tale with the PTB creating the planet, with birds, primates and animals running the world.
Of how the PTB created Angels to help control the all, but one of those Angels took to controlling the all as that Angel thought the PTB had wanted.
The PTB heard of the Angels control and sought to inflict their control on that Angel. The PTB had that Angel control all it had killed be thrust into the bowels of the earth.
The Angel liked his new domain, even when the PTBs new creation, mankind, caused so many more to be in the bowels of the earth, so many more that the Angel had created himself a Son to try and control the growing numbers, then the Angel gave himself a new name, The Devil. So many were coming into The Devils domain that the Son rebelled against his father. The Son sought to rebelled against the PTB. Seeing how life on the planet had continued with the PTB having given the Angels liked the support of the PTB latest creation, the vampires.
The Son captured two of the vampires, thrusting them deep down in a passage he had created, he ordered the other vampires to do his bidding if they wanted to see those he had captured again. Those vampires killed many of mankind but the result was not how the Son for-saw, those of mankind returned as evil vampires. The Son liked what he had caused, he had many more of mankind forced to be his new vampires. Eventually the Son formed many legions to attack his father, The Devil. The Devil knowing that his Son would attack PTB, warned them so the PTB began to form an army. The PTB and The Devil waited for the attack whilst creating their armies.
