Anyone from England? Help.

I was reading over something on a website that's made by someone from England and he used some measurement called stones. He said something about "weighing 15 stones." What is stones and how much is 15 stones?

Not from England, but I think I can help. 1 stone = 14 pounds or 6.35 kilograms.
