Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez help me!

well, do you need the chem symbols or just the names of the elements and ions?
Just the names:
Sodium iodide- you would get Sodium and Iodine
Copper Nitrate- Copper and Nitrate
Pottasium Sulphate-Potassium and Sulphate

The symbols also known as equations:
Sodium iodide -> Na + NOsubscript 3 (I believe)
Copper Nitrate -> Cu + NOsubscript 3
Pottasium Sulphate -> K + SOsubscript 4 I believe

I'm not sure on the subscripts for Nitrate and Sulphate because you can have Nitrate and Sulphate and I always get those subscripts mixed up, but otherwise, those should be correct 😀 Good luck

Trustno1, that's not entirely correct.

Unfortunatly these boards don't support super and sub script. If you copy and post this on a proboard, you will see it. If you want I can put it in a *.doc file and mail it. But I think you should get the idea with below.

NaI (aq) -> Na[sup]+[/sup] (aq) + I[sup]-[/sup] (aq)
Cu(NO[sub]3[/sub])[sub]2[/sub] (aq) -> Cu[sup]2+[/sup] (aq) + 2 NO[sub]3[/sub][sup]-[/sup] (aq)
K[sub]2[/sub]SO[sub]4[/sub] (aq) -> 2 K[sup]+[/sup] (aq) + NO[sub]4[/sub][sup]2-[/sup] (aq)

woops sorry, I forgot about balancing and such, it was late and I haven't been to chem class in 5 days (finals and snowdays/weekend)
