There's a adult fanfic/fanart website called Taboo Comics that posts a pornographic version of Buffy called The Slayer, complete with the characters proper names and actor's/actresses likenesses in CGI. Normally I'd be ok with that except that they actually charge to view it and surely that must be illegal, Joss holds the rights to his creation and I can't really see him licencing this. Anyone know an address I can write to? (email or conventional mail)

I would suggest e-mailing FOX(unless I'm wrong and they don't own the rights). They'll probably get right on it. Or try darkhorse, since it's a comic.

I think you're right about Fox. They own the rights to the show, so most likely character likeness too.

Fox owns all the Buffy trademarks. It's their legal department that would be dealing with this.

Since none of the likeness or character names were changed, and a (I assume) profit is being made, both Fox and Joss should sue for infringement, not to mention that I'm pretty sure the actors can sue for their likeness being used for profit without their permission.
