Anyone recommend Blacklist?

I've been watching Age of Ultron countless times and the thing i love about it is James Spaders preformance as Ultron. Do you recommend that I watch Blacklist?

It was one of the best shows on TV last year and it should continue that way this year. James Spader is great in this part which presents him as a ruthless operator with a long history of espionage connections everywhere.
