Anyone up for a rewatch?

Well as the new year rolls around I feel like a Buffy rewatch. Anyone want to join me? I'm thinking a couple episodes a week starting sometime this week.
 
I just finished The Harvest. I could wait for you guys. But I can't garantee that I'll watch the series all the way through with you guys, 'cause I'm actually watching The X-Files.
 
I seem to be in a perpetual rewatch. 🙂 And I love it. Right now I'm doing two re-watches of buffy - one, I'm at the end of season 3, and the other I'm at the beginning of season 7, and one rewatch of angel, where I'm on season 1..but I'll be happy to pop in on an ep here and there with you all.

You have to stop watching Buffy for at least week in order to do a rewatch and that does not look likely ever

If we did this, what rate would we watch the episodes at? That would probably decide if I could watch along. Two a week? Three? That's probably the deciding factor.

I'm fairly flexible on this. I'm open to pretty much whatever schedule is best for everyone. I was thinking two a week, but three's fine as well.
 
Two is great, and makes sense as a good rate at which to watch.

Now, would we have a dedicated thread for discussing the episodes as we watch them? That's what I think would be really interested and would also keep us watching, because if there's no discussion or anything, I don't quite think this would get out of the first season.

EDIT: Assuming that we start a week from today and watch two a week, I'd think we should watch an episode on Tuesday, then another on Saturday. Start a thread somewhere for this unofficial forum-wide rewatch, and discuss the episodes as they come up in our "schedule".

Sound good to others?

EDIT AGAIN: If no one objects to this idea, I'll start another thread for this rewatch. Or should we wait until next week to start the thread? I don't want to take control from everyone else.

I'll pop in once in a while and review what I remember from the episodes 😉
 
Started that thread here. Though the rewatch officially starts on the 8th, I put up the unaired pilot so we have something to discuss in that thread.
