Anyone use that there Zen Cart¿

Title is self-explanatory. Wondering how the back-end is compared to other cart, how easy it is to edit and what not. From my understanding Zen Cart is the website while other carts work within the website. Wondering how much flexibility you have, etc. Anyone use it?
