Anyone Wanna Talk Lost? (Possible Spoilers)

I'm glad you guys are liking it! I admit it piqued my curiosity, but frankly, I did NOT watch it for one reason...I don't trust the FREAKING networks and was afraid they were going to cancel it after a few eppys or even a season.

Sorry I just found out Dead Like Me has been cancelled...frankly I'm TORN up inside.

I love reading your guys descriptions of Lost though so keep them coming! And I will probably start watching it when it re-runs over the summer.

You have to watch this series, Jenn. The writing is awesome and the plot twists leave you gasping. You will love it and with the extreme mainstream popularity of this show, I seriously doubt they plan on canceling it.

LOL-It's never too late to get LOST 😀

LMAO Jacks you've convinced me! 😀 But I'll wait till they show the eppys I missed. Cause then I'd be really LOST. 😀

I just don't trust those darn networks..and hey, who can blame me.

Believe me, after losing Farscape and then Angel, I was reluctant to get into a show. But hey, the dramatic writer in me just can't avoid an interesting premise. I just hope that the success of Lost renews interest in interesting dramatic plots as opposed to more REALITY SHOWS (GRRRRRRRR)

The Drew Goddard penned episode airs tonight. I think it's called Outlaws.

http://www.drewgoddard.com/news.html

Kirsten from Eonline was saying one of the major characters is going to die soon. She used the word "big", and my first reaction was, oh no...surely not...could it be, the big man - Hurley? Oh well, I don't think that's tonight anyway.

And Jenny, Lost has been sitting atop the ratings all season so it's about as safe a bet as safe gets to return next season.

Not to sound like a dummy, but I kinda had a feeling it may be Hurley...he's a big guy and after a while....and this is gonna sound terrible...it would look a little strange if he never lost any weight but spent his whole time pointing out that there's no food around.

Cordelia
Haha! That's exactly what me and Josh were saying!
Tonight's eppie was pretty good.

I heard on EOnline that they're going to do an eppie from the dog's POV and you get to see something that happens in the cargo hold that may be useful...

I want more on Boone though. I like his character, it seems like he has lots of secrets pent up.

LMAO-I love Sawyer, my husband hates him stubbornly. He refuses to see any good in him or feel any sympathy towards him. It's hilarious. I think he's just a furious Jack/Kate shipper, though he refuses to admit it. 😀

As for Boone, he creeps me out. I feel like he's a little nutty.

EDIT: LOL-I read my husband what I said, and he said he'd go for a Charlie/Kate ship as long as it wasn't Sawyer-but he'd love a Sawyer/death ship...he's sweet ain't he? 😉

That ep was too good for TV.

Hey. Does the Jack/Sawyer/Kate triangle remind you of Spike/Angel/Buffy a bit?

Well, I know, Kate is the unBuffy, but Sawyer and Jack, don't they seem a little Spike and Angel?

Yeah, Do-gooder Jack and Ne'er do well Sawyer...that sounds about right 🙂 Just swap Angel and Spike in there and the sentence still makes sense 😉

That's good news! I admit I tuned into an eppy and got very intersted..it was Kate's story (I think it's kate..the preggo one and she went to a clairvoyant) and got REALLY intrigued but again..hopping into the middle of it..I might just wait and I'm sure it'll be out on DVD in a few weeks anyways! 😀

Clare is the preggo :) Kate is the murderer

It freaked me, and it creeped me. I didn't know exactly how to take it. It was hard to pidgeon-hole.

I think maybe it might turn out to be one of those episodes that you love or you hate, with no middle ground.

It dropped my jaw a few times. Just finding out Hurley won the lottery dropped it. It also had a couple of skin-crawly moments for me; Hurley meets the french woman, and curiously enough that final moment where he says "OK Dude, here it it is...back home, I'm worth 150 million dollars". For some reason that gave me shivers.

Hey, who's got the guts to play those numbers? 😀

Oh yeah, and Hurley's first name is Hugo. Nifty.

I was SCARED by last night's episode. Some parts were just creepy. Not in a monster-y way just uhhg. It was great. I love David Fury.

I would NEVER play those numbers! LOL

I cracked up when Hurley told Charlie. And Charlie says: "I bare my soul and all you can do is tell jokes?"

That episode was just brilliant...and very creepy. N4H-I dare YOU to play those numbers!
