Anyone watching for the first time?

So...I watched the first episodes of Angel S1 but I remember thinking at the time that it was too painful to watch Angel without Buffy (dumb, I know) and I was more into Buffy so I just watched the first and second episodes of Angel then IWRU and Sanctuary (I could I not watch them?) and I decided to do a terrible thing and read the summaries of Angel episodes...but NOW, since I can't remember a single thing (apart from the BIG things) I'm actually watching the first season and I'm going to watch all five of them. I remember the general storyline so I know what happens but I really wanna see it now.

I saw about 2 episodes of Buffy 3 years ago when I was on holiday, but only started REALLY watching it about a month ago because my family recently got Foxtel and it's on the Sci-fi channel. Anyway, I tape it everyday now and am completely obsessed. It's all I think about! I started Angel about 2 weeks ago but it was half-way through season 5, so I didn't really know the characters or anything. But now season 1 has started, but I'm not really obsessed with Angel like I am with Buffy. Probably because Buffy has more Spike in it 😛

And being a helpless spoiler junkie, I've already looked up every season on Wikipedia.

Awwww I remember first watching Buffy, it was amazing and I couldn't think of other stuffs ;P I particulary remember the episodes of s5(which is my fav season) around when Spike start admitting his love.

I'm up to season 5 now! Almost finished it. It's awesome! 🙂

well i've been a buffy fan for like 13 years but i recently found my season 3 dvd boxset and its almost like watching it for the first time :smile3:

Just started watching this summer. LOST is my true obsession, but with that ending, I'm looking for some other stuff to watch. I'm about halfway through Season 3. Really enjoying it. While I don't really hate any of the episodes, the show is really uneven. You can get a really weak episode sandwiched between great ones. Thought the end of Season 2 was excellent....and looking forward to more great episodes.

I watched it a little bit when it was first being aired. But I was way into Xena and did not really have the time to get obsessed with Buffy. So I watched it for the first time this spring. I have now seen it through 3 times, and am thinking of watching it again. 🙂 I am working on season 5 of Angel. But Buffy is my favorite of the two.

Newbie here! I had watched it when it was on air but just recently went on a Buffy marathon and realized how much i missed it. As for Angel, only watched a few episodes here and there. I'm afraid that if I watch it, it'll ruin Buffy for me ya know? No worries though, I plan on watching it sometime soon lol. Right now I'm very happy just re-watching my favorite Buffy episodes
