Apocalypse NOWish...WHHYY?!

I absolutely loved that fight scene at the end. Seeing Wesley rejoin Team Angel and everyone rolling out got me on the edge of my seat and seeing them all get the tar beat out of them really established the beast as something to be feared. I think the part that really made my jaw drop was when Angel got his own stake rammed through his neck and then get thrown off the building. This is probably my favorite fight scene in Angel.
 
Love the fight scene and Wesley with his guns as well. 🙂 And I love how Wes helped Gunn after they fought with The Beast. I like that they're still befriend indeed. Like in Habeas Corpse, Gunn told Wes to take care of Fred and asked Wes to kill him if he turns to be zombie.

And sure I hate the last scene. I watched it for the first time and I've never watched it again. But damn, I still can't get rid of it from my head. I always skip their scenes together. I can't stand even their hug or kiss scenes.

Me either, though IMO it's even worse when they're talking. Just yuck, all the way around.

Yeah, super yuck.
I just keep telling myself it's not really Cordy. However it does have the instrumental effect of keeping Angel off balance emotionally. It was in a way purposeful even if it was, you know, gross. Even Boreanaz and Carpenter said that storyline freaked them out.
 
This may be one of my favourite episodes from Angel. ( excluding the conner+cordy having sex part)
