So has anyone watched BBC's series "Apparitions"? Apparently it didn't do tell well over there in the ratings but I've just started it and it's really, really good...I'm hoping it gets a second season.

I have not seen this one yet! But, looking at the trailer sounds interesting. It's also worth mentioning that it is past the 9pm slot so should be adult in nature. When did the show start? I might play catch-up on BBCiplayer.

I had seen it advertised but completely forgot to watch it. I'm going to hav eto check out iPlayer too.

I watched this show and thought it was really good, the first episode creeped me out but once I got in to I enjoyed it a lot. I was surprised the BBC let them make the show as it was so out there and contraversial but heck it was brilliant, I hope they do another series of this.

You guys should definitely watch it, it's worth it. The first episode is a bit slow because it's setting things up but the show quickly gains steam.

I watched this show and my love for Martin Shaw grew exponentially with every passing episode.

In episode 5 there is a moment when Father Jacobs dog collar isoff, his top button undone and he is pointing a gun and I swear to all that is holy, I have never been more attracted to a man!

I REALLY loved this show, I hope for a second series (if My Family can be on series 20 Billion, the Apparitions can get a second) because I really wanna see the fall out from the end - I won't spoil.

I love how this show came about too.

Martin Shaw was on a chat show (This Morning I think) and the presenter asked him if there was any kind of role he hadn't done he would like to, so he said 'Exorcist' so the BBC immediately commissioned a writer to come up with an idea.

Brilliant show.

Excellent stuff...it went down very well at Pointy Towers...Mrs P likes Martin Shaw almost as much as she likes David Boreanaz 🙂. Interesting to see the catholic priest (tho' not the church as a whole) as a hero.
