Hey guys, since we do only have 10 days left before April, I'm going to assume you all want to take a break for the month of April (which is totally fine by me). But a while back some things were put on the table about April fools day and I was wondering if you all want to do it.

What was suggested was for the shippers among us to do "opposite day" and wear art in our signature for a ship we don't normally go for. So as a HUGE Spuffy and Tillow shipper, I would wear Bangel and Woz stuff.

I think it sounds like a fun, cute idea and I wouldn't mind throwing people for some loops! What do you guys think?

Sounds like a good idea! I wouldn't actually mind going all Bangel for a while, even though I am firmly in the Spuffy camp.
 
I won't befoul my sig with Buffy/Bad Hair Dude even for one day, but I could sure go with Ozlow or Killow... 😛

Don't forget that the VH Awards! You'll need to schedule that for us. 🙂 I can set up the voting threads on the 2nd, as planned, but you'll need to schedule the show and stuff. 😉

Angel killing Giles... I hate the character now, and it makes it really hard to watch the episodes he's in.

If we do this, I'm going to have to wear a Killow banner...

All joking asside, or not really since what we're planning is a sort of joke... ahem, I am totally up for switching up the ships! Hmmm... I guess mine would be Angel/Darla? Idk... Bangel seems to obvious.

Yay for April babies!
Oh god... April Fools Day. A day I generally spend in a state of heightened paranoia 😛 Do the BB staff ever pull pranks on you? I've never been on the member side of a board prank before. This worries me D: Bah. Stupid day.

Anyway, I like the ship idea! Not that anyone really knows enough about what I do or don't ship to make much of an impact, but hey, it'll be fun anyway 😀 I suppose I'll be wearing something Kennedy/Willow-ish or Bangelish or errr... Riley/Buffyish.
 
Ok, so it looks like everyone thinks this is a fun idea... so for April Fools we're going to do opposite ships! I'm going to get started on some art tonight. Get pumped guys!
 
Deffo only doing it for one day only, i cant have a buffy/parker sig all month, no matter how much i loved Parker
 
I have no clue what I'd do! I like all the ships, just some more than others. I'm not against any! Oh gosh. Maybe I'll just change my avatar to something Firefly.

I don't mind either of them and since Tillow is my ship it's difficult to find the oppostive. So if someone could make me a Oz/Veruca banner I think that would work.

Lots of people are trying to pull pranks so you better be careful. 😉

Some of the fun goes away fast since people want to show how clever they are and tell everyone they didn't fall for it and that they can't understand that others fell for it. I think it's more fun to play along to see how many that fall for it.

Hehe, seems you're one of verrrry few who don't mind Killow... that one seems almost as "popular" as Cordonnor. 🙂 Actually, I'm one of the oddballs who really likes Kennedy, but still hates Killow.

And with Ozlow... well, I've always admitted that my reasons for disliking that ship are far, far from objective, thoroughly clouded by jealousy. (And the fact that Oz, especially in his redhead & goatee phase, looks like a MiniMe of a guy I always used to be at odds with in a group of peeps I used to hang out with way back when, doesn't help either... 😛) Also, two gals beats hetero just about any time, period. 😀
