Neither of the actors nor either of the characters deserves that VOMIT worthy idea. That was VILE Joss punishing Charisma for deciding NOT to abort her child. I'm not pro forcing a woman to abort her child... the only one she ever had btw.

I really enjoyed Cordelia and Xander together (they had great chemistry in their push-pull dynamic), but I think Cordelia and Doyle are also a great match. I would maybe argue that neither one is a better relationship for her, in my opinion, since the Cordelia who is on Angel is not the same one who started dating Xander Harris. She'd done some growing up by then (though she still had some way to go yet.)
