Arm or leg...

If you had to choose to lose an arm or a leg...which would it be?

I'd choose leg...cause because then I could have a peg....than i'd get a patch and i'm set....hahahah...dumb...

I'd chose to lose an arm. You have a lot more mobility and can do a lot more with two legs than you can with one. You can always get prostetics though, so it's kind of a hard question. I don't know. With an arm it wouldn't be as noticable because with prostetics all you'd see is the hand. People would feel less sorry for you. I don't know..

i'm an artist, my world would end if i lost an arm.
so, in syaing that, i'd rather not loose any limbs, if at all possible, but i think i'd cope better if i lost a leg.

if i lost an arm...i could wear a realistic prostethic...and get it knocked off...and scare children...i hate children...

well I'd actually rather lose my left arm since I don't use it very often. Losing a leg would be hard for me cause' I'm very active. :nod:

I'd rather lose my arm. Just not my right one though, then I'd have to learn to do everything with my right. Then again without two arms I'd have to say goodbye to my X-box.

Like others, id miss my mobility if i lost my leg. So im going to have to go with losing my left arm. But there'd be so many things you wouldnt be able to do...make you really appreciate having limbs i guess.

I'd hate to lose either. Because I you have to have both arms and legs to be able to ride or handle horses. But then again I guess they have ways around that since anymore people with many different types of disabilities are able to ride horses now days. I would have to go with a leg if I had a choice. It probably would be easier and better to have both arms to handle a horse than to have both legs. I can't live without being around horses!!!!

Probably a leg. Although there IS a man with a bionic arm. He can actually control the arm because it's attached to his nerves. I heard that on the news somewhere.

left arm, but it is a though one, as I am very active and I also sew and draw, I use both hands equally.... never mind though left arm it is...

What's wrong with you people, choosing arms . . . For me, it's gotta be a leg. I can work around a missing leg, but I need my arms!

If it were just the lower half of the limb that you had to lose, I'd go with leg, all the way. I mean, check this out. That's cool. Legs get cooler prosthetics. Although, the bionic arm...

I need both my hands. I'm a lefty, but I mouse click with my right hand. And most people that I know don't play guitar or paint with their toes (though I have seen some exceptions).
